Loved the experience and the store personnel was kind to assist me with the models and colors I was looking for in vegan options.
It wasn’t so busy on a weekday and my transaction was quite smooth.

Contrary to the existing reviews, the staff that served me was very helpful — she told me the diff between the black and blue words on the Birks (they are different types of soles) and even recommended me my size. She also took the trouble to also check the other colours for my desired size. I think that she did a great job. (and fyi, I’m a local and she was helpful to both me and the other tourists)

Very bad service, no hello, no ty bought today a plastic flipflop for 89sgd.
I ask them to wrap it with paper since dont need the shoe box, the philipine lady said no they only pack in the paper bag. With her unhappy Face like 100 yrs never rains!
Even Sketchers pack there shoes or flipflop with satin paper and say sure will pack.
Customer Service in Sg is getting worst.
If u dont want your job or not happy then stay at home and plant Potatoes.
Birkenstock at home in Germany say after buying bye and see you soon.!

Despite how much you wanna buy the item, I suggest you buy it from other outlets. If you ladies (staff) think that I do not know what you’re talking about in tagalog, you would be surprised.

Just been to the paragon store. It was a great experience even tho the shoes size I wanted wasn’t available. Mary Izian and Aziq were superb, very attentive and made every effort to check for size at other outlets. They understood customer service and make every effort to help. Thank you you 3

I had an unpleasant experience at this store, particularly with one employee. While waiting a considerable amount of time for my purchase, I noticed the employee interacting with three different groups of customers. It was clear she showed preference toward one group, offering them a much more friendly and attentive service, while I was treated dismissively without reason.
When it was my turn to check out, she was extremely polite to the customer beside me, but her attitude toward me was rude and dismissive. She even made an effort to thank the person next to me while completely ignoring me.
Based on other reviews, it seems management may not be addressing issues like these, so I’m sharing this to help set expectations for others. If you’re hoping for good customer service, you may want to consider visiting a different branch.

Great store! But I’m not sure if they are always short of sizes or the staff is not interested in looking for it.
