I almost didn’t go ahead with B’dazzle after reading so many negative reviews, but I’m so glad I went with my gut and gave B*dazzle a chance. My experience was the complete opposite and was fantastic from start to finish. I was completely nervous as the rest of the piercings were done 30ish years ago (I sorta forgot how the pain felt!). Did the conch and it was a breeze - quick and painless. I was tended to by Liz, she was such a gem - completely reassuring and not to mention, skillful. After which I got to know that the 2nd piercing comes with it since the earrings come in a pair. Didn’t go ahead as I wasn’t sure if I could handle another one. Waited for 2hrs to be sure there isn’t any pain after the numbing spray wears off - no pain, except for a slight throbbing feel! Went back to the shop to get my targus pierced, this time round, the other lady handled it. I have to say she is another gem! So reassuring and jovial. She made my “nervousness” go away lol! So there, both of them did a truly wonderful job, positioning and all, on point! Love it!

Bdazzled has been around for ages and I’m dismayed that my experience was far from dazzling. The process itself is smooth — they spray a numbing solution on your ear lobes before proceeding — but what left a bad taste was the pushy upselling of the most expensive gold earrings (‘Are you sure you don’t have sensitive ears?’) and the overpriced $18 aftercare solution. I stood my ground and chose the surgical stainless steel, thinking I heard her say it was $49 and titanium was $79. But just as we were about to start, she said it was $59 — so I thought, fine, I’ll just pay $20 more for the titanium. In the end, I paid over $90 because of the overpriced solution. She didn’t even ask if I wanted it — it was simply assumed. I was in a daze after the piercing and didn’t want to argue. I completely agree with another reviewer (Shew Fan) — I felt tricked. It’s not so much the cost itself, but the business practice and sales tactics. Yes, I should have done my homework better. I had planned to get my ears pierced at Goldheart @ Plaza Sing, but the lady in charge was on leave that day… then I walked past Bdazzled. Readers — I’d encourage you to skip this store and walk on by.

Had my lobes pierced here 2 years ago. My time there itself was uneventful, but what followed wasn't pleasant at all. I don't recommend getting your ears pierced at any places that use guns, but B Dazzle especially uninformed. Everything about the process is wrong. Firstly, yes they use a piercing gun, which is quicker but causes more trauma to the area making it harder to heal and more painful. You are always better off going to a professional piercer that uses a needle. Secondly, the jewellery is the butterfly back type, which is often too tight and traps bacteria. Not too bad since its commonly used and fine for lobes, but wouldn't recommend it for any other piercing. Thirdly, almost all their piercing aftercare instructions are WRONG. The cleaning solution they sell to you includes alcohol which is way too strong and can actually impede the healing process. They tell you to rotate the earring while washing, which also doesn't help. Even a simple Google search will tell you this, so don't bother buying their overpriced cleaning solution. All this has led to many complications with the piercing that should actually be the easiest and quickest to heal. I've had many infections on my lobe piercings despite following their care instructions, and one of the holes just wouldn't heal for 1.5 years and closed after I took out the jewellery for 2 days, so I ended up repiercing it with a needle anyway. TLDR; everything about their piercing method is wrong, don't waste your money and time here.

The lady tricked me into buying two very expensive bottles of what they call “ear care solution” which turned out to be fairly concentrated isopropyl alcohol which they didn’t mention at the time. I was asked to use both bottles but of course my daughter found it to be very harsh on the skin. I should have known better… Also not sure whether this matters but the lady did not wear gloves for the procedure.

Had a piercing done here a few years ago. No aftercare advice provided. I eventually let the piercing close on its own when it failed to heal. Would not recommend.

Siti was very nice and patient and willing to answer I bought 4 pairs of earrings from her and willing to answer all my questions in a timely manner ! The atmosphere and surrounding very clean and spacious and sparkling at all times ! thank you Siti will recommend this place to my family and friends 😀 …

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a staff member named Liz. I have been a long-time customer and previously got two piercings done here without issue. However, when I later requested assistance to remove and replace a stud, Liz refused, citing her long nails as the reason. If long nails prevent you from performing basic tasks, you should not be on the service floor. Her attitude was consistently rude and unhelpful. I also purchased a chain that came with a lifetime replacement guarantee. When it tarnished, I returned to the store for a replacement and was charged $8 — despite the guarantee. Liz claimed the chain would be sent to their headquarters and that I would receive a call within two weeks. Two months passed with no follow up. Each time I visited to follow up, staff members could not locate my chain, forcing me to waste time and make repeated trips. Eventually few weeks , Liz was present, I asked her directly about the chain. She casually told me she would search for it and call me — unsurprisingly, no call ever came. When I returned after few hours, Liz wasn’t there and another staff finally handed me back the chain, the same tarnished one I had originally submitted!!!!!! Liz clearly lacks integrity and professionalism. Claiming that the chain had been replaced was insulting — I wore that chain daily and could immediately recognize it. I was forced to pay another $8 to finally get a proper replacement. Fortunately, another staff member handled it correctly, and I received a new, untarnished chain. This entire experience was unacceptable. Liz’s behavior reflects extremely poorly on the business, and her lack of basic service standards, honesty, and accountability needs to be addressed.

This really nice lady pierced my nose it was quick and painless. I couldn’t feel the pain the customer service was awesome! I like the lady that worked there she was so sweet!
