Disappointed with service , visit 17:30pm 10/10/25 , I was about to purchase bracelet this ladies was serving me and about deal put on hock and payment, but awhile she serving me another customer come in she just excuse to serve new customers without informing me , unfortunately her service not meet my expectations she should finish service me before she handle another customer , of course it wasn’t good experience what I had .

Very rude chubby lady, her attitude very bad and her energy at work very heavy, i regret to let her did my ears piercing, she destroyed my ear ring and she talk nonsense, so bad lady if you read this review i hope you know i says you

Took my 12 yr old daughter for her second piercing (after much insistence!). The lady who did the piercing was super good and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Highly recommended. Looks like aunty took her earlier feedback seriously! 👍🏽

I had both ears pierced long time ago but one hole has closed so I decided to come here to pierce it again. I told the attendant that I only have one ear hole to pierce. She said it’s the same price whether it’s one or two holes. That’s fine, so she proceeded to pierce one of my ears. It went smoothly. What I’m really unhappy about is she did not tell me that I can pierce a second hole on my ear so I don’t waste “one piercing”. She just put the other earring through the ear hole that I already have. I just felt really cheated because I paid $75 for one piercing and a pair of earrings. Furthermore, she kept trying to get me to buy the more expensive earrings by asking me repeatedly if I have sensitive ears. The $75 earrings are supposed to be gold plated right? It shouldnt cause sensitivity issues. The antiseptic liquid is also overpriced, you can buy it cheaper at guardian. I also didn’t like the service that was given to me. It was a really unpleasant experience overall and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
