It's always a delight to step into the Artifactt store at Palais Renaissance as it is so tasteful and serene. I had a wonderful shopping experience selecting a gift with the kind assistance of Jeslin, who was welcoming, patient, and sincerely helpful. I remember the last time I was there, another equally attentive lady had taken the time to fill me in on the history of the shop and its founders. In the end, I found the perfect little piece by Aya Nagasaki which I would have loved for myself too :)

ARTIFACTT made 2 attempts for this delivery because I supplied an address with an incorrect unit number. With a recipient ( my friend ) that is hardly home and rarely pick ups a phone call, they persisted on reaching out till my friend was informed.
