Had been a long time customer of O+ with currently 3 pairs of glasses from them. Brought my previous pair that had the clip on shades for them to check because there’s so much flare that it hurts my eyes to even have them on for a few mins under the sun. I’d rather not use shades than have the clip ons. So defective/badly designed product aside, the staff member first said it could be due to my prescription changing. Then let me try a pair of new clip ons which had the same problem. Then just as I was about to leave, she said something like “by the way, those clip ons were free right?”. I don’t know what she might be trying to insinuate but whether it was free or not should not be justification that I should accept my eyes being hurt by the lousy clip ons. The product is downright bad and defective. Now, they have nicely designed glasses but quality and usability can be improved. Customer service too. And for those looking to get the clip ons, don’t do it unless you want to hurt your eyes even more.
