Knew about this brand long ago and was happy to chance upon the store. Was admiring the pieces when an auntie store assistant approached me. When enquired about the price of a piece, she initially said $300 (much to my surprise) then corrected herself. Shortly after, I wanted to take one photo of the dresses for future reference and to share it with my husband, but was stopped by her. I was yet again surprised, as I don’t suppose there is anything confidential about dresses displayed on racks? She said I had to ask her first. At this point I had lost all interest in the dresses. This encounter had tainted my impression of the brand and all the good works hitherto. I walked away with a bitter aftertaste.

Beautiful garments and impeccable services. I purchased a ready to wear cheongsam for my ROM. The shop provides free alteration service, done by Mr Eddie Goh. Apart from alteration, Mr Goh also shared with me tips of how to wear it nicely with shape wear etc. It was my first cheongsam experience and I really appreciated Hiroko and Mr Goh’s help. They are both polite, gentle, and considerate. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience.

I had a really good experience at Vue! The staff were very welcoming, and they are patient in helping me choose the right spectacle frame for me! Totally recommend this place to find good quality spectacle! I would say they have a range of products!

I was served by Jerry. He displayed professionalism in giving advice on eye care and eye wear. The most important part is that he is very patience when I need some time to choose my frame. He is a detailed staff who looks at all angle of view. I enjoyed the whole retail experience. Totally service from the HEART. Located in the heart of town, VUE boasts a stylish collection of premium eyewear, that will easily have something for every facial characteristics. We met Faith, who provided us with incredibly tailored service - listening to our concerns for picking out new eyewear and issues we faced with our current spectacles. She was very detailed with information on the variety available and in conducting the visual acuity checks. It was a very pleasant experience overall and definitely would recommend coming down for your spectacles and shades needs!

Great selection of frames and Jerry is knowledgeable and recommended good frames. Shop has a cozy seating area which my daughter loves while waiting for our eye check.

Vue's optometrist, Faith, was very meticulous and attentive. She was able to provide constructive suggestions to assist me in making my decision to select my new pair of specs! I've learnt several new tips from her, one of which is to consider the thickness of the frame and whether the frame would be able to support the weight of the lens which would affect comfort on the nose. She also provides extra services such as automatically changing the old nose pad of our current specs. Looking forward to receive my new pair of specs. Thanks for your great service!
