Was very unhappy with my hair. The stylist was not technical at all, although he was nice but after seeing my hair I was in shock. My hair colour ended up nothing like the pictures I showed him I wanted. The roots were lighter than the ends!! He did not understand the look I was after and nobody these days do the roots lighter than the ends. It looks plain silly! And even though I had to top up so much i was incredibly disappointed with the outcome. I don’t mind paying more but at the end of the day I just wanted to be happy with my colour. Now I need to go get it done again someplace else and I am already worried that my hair is too weak to begin with and I really did not anticipate I would have to “fix” my hair a second time and put more chemicals on it. I wasted more money and time and sacrificedthe health of my hair by trying this place!

The biggest mistake of my hair colouring experience. Nothing like the hair colour I told the stylist. Specifically mentioned what I did not want to see. The stylist confidently affirmed me that it would not be and that it would fade nicely in a few days time but it became worst. Went back for “service recovery” to correct the colour but have to top up extra money in order to have treatment. Left with a damaged hair and the colour I specifically mentioned I did not want.

Don’t know her name but the sales lady working 30/04/2025 at approximately 545PM was so kind and hospitable, went there in hopes for an exchange/refund as there was packaging defects but sadly policy needed me to write in, however she was so kind and understanding, providing me with compensation by helping to wrap my leaking lip oil so that it wouldn’t leak, and providing me a mini version of the lip oil i was using😘 she knew a girlie like me couldn’t survive without my lip oil

I highly recommend Dr. Xiong (dentistry). She's very kind and caring. She's very attentive to my situation and isn't in it for the money. Her skills are truly excellent.

I had to do an emergency treatment for my swollen gum and had to remove my old bridge. Thanks to Dr Priscilla, she quickly helped me figure out my issues and instantly did root canal for me as she found decay within the crown. I’m still ongoing with the treatment and so far it is going well. I am afraid of the procedures and I’m glad to have met Dr Priscilla as she made me feel comfortable with her and I feel less tense during the treatment! She always check in with me if I’m doing fine. The exact caring that I need! Thankss

Exceptional dental care and very skilled professionals. Dr. Debbie is very friendly and attentive. My husband was doing a wisdom tooth surgery and was very happy with the results. We were very satisfied with professionalism and personal care of the whole clinic team.

Dr Azlan very professional and skillful and his assistant SzeChee very reliable and knowledgeable, they work well with great synergy. Highly recommended for root canal with them.

The doctor is very gentle, the nurse is very considerate, and even the front desk is awesome.
