Launched in 2020 by the renowned footwear retailer Limited Edt, CHAMBER is their first foray into the ready-to-wear lifestyle space, and it doesn't disappoint. Located on level 3 of Wisma Atria in the bustling heart of Orchard Road, the store is fairly large and well-organized, making for a seamless shopping experience. CHAMBER appeals to fashion-forward shoppers, offering a unique lineup of avant-garde streetwear brands that you won't find elsewhere in Singapore. It's my go-to destination for John Elliott pieces, among other alternative labels. The store also boasts a strong e-commerce presence, with great discounts available during promotional periods. As one of Singapore's top street wear retailers, CHAMBER is definitely worth checking out.

Has a wide range of Clothes & Collections, Techwear fans would love it as they are carrying products from Y-3 & Acronym. Store front & set design is well themed too. The only downside is that the staffs are not that approachable & most of the time look pretty tired Many products that were put on display & lower racks are also dusty & not well le maintained

Dominic’s judgmental facial expressions and snide remarks when you don’t buy something make it seem like customers owe him a sale. I am absolutely disgusted by his attitude and won’t be stepping foot in this store again.

I’m sharing my feedback here because the store and its parent company, Limited Edt, don’t seem to offer a proper channel for feedback. I visited the store with my friend and was served by Dominic. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to his unprofessional behaviour. I was interested in two items and tried them on. When one of the pieces didn’t fit, I politely asked Dominic for a smaller size after he inquired about the fit. However, he seemed reluctant and dissatisfied about helping, which was evident from his facial expressions, something both my friend and I noticed. Wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt, we let it slide thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. He went to check the availability of the smaller size but kept us waiting for about 15 minutes. When we followed up, he continued checking but eventually informed us the size wasn’t available, again with an annoyed and dismissive attitude. We tried to remain understanding, even though the store wasn’t busy and there were no other customers at the time. I also had questions about the pricing and sale period (they were having a storewide sale) for the other piece I was interested in. Dominic answered them reluctantly, as though helping us was an inconvenience. When we mentioned that we’d think about the purchase and come back later, he rolled his eyes and smirked at us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. What I don’t understand is why he even asked about the fit if he wasn’t willing to help. His attitude throughout made it seem like we were wasting his time, which was baffling given the lack of other customers, so it’s hard to see why we were treated this way. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Singapore, which is unfortunate because the store is well-stocked with interesting brands. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure better service in the future. If you visit, I’d recommend avoiding Dominic for assistance.
