Spacious restaurant, come here for Shoyu ramen. The fire show is not only for show, but can taste depth of flavour in the soup. Not Thickness, but depth of flavour (foodies if you know you know). the fire makes it almost a bit smoky in the beginning few sips of soup. noodle - al dente and not too soft just the way i like it. crunchy corn and spring onions. the fried cutlet and karaage were all crunchy and fried so well, crunchy and tender. very nice to bite. can tell they don’t use dirty oil and the crunch was clean. service: shoutout to fire ramen staff, and Lily. she helped me to solve some problems with the set menu and i got what i wanted in the end. Kudos to the manager and team. come here for fuss free ramen in orchard. (they also provide aprons if you scared soup stains your clothes)

Jeffrey runs an amazing ramen place!!!! Excellent, clear, delicious ramen broth. So flavourfull and generous serving. Staff are soooooo friendly. I'm in Singapore visiting for a week and I'm glad this is the ramen place I chose to visit. Highly recommend for the fire show!!!

Got the collagen tonkotsu ramen, matcha latte, salmon slices and truffle pasta . The flavour of the broth is enhanced by the Smoky burnt taste left from the fire show. For the love of wok hei I approve!

don’t be fooled by the whole fire gimmick - it’s just below average ramen i’d rather pay $6 for at a hawker stall. best part of my experience was ordering their 4 pcs for $4.90 sashimi deal and having 4 tiny strips of salmon delivered to me LOL… never coming back btw that fire show experience lasts 2 seconds. FYI the reviews for this place are high because they offer free watermelon in exchange for 5 stars

Stumbled across here while looking for a place for dinner. Really great Ramen! The broth is flavorful & the fire show is definitely an experience! The staff, Jeffrey, also had nice recommendations and service is great! Definitely will come back again!

Ramen's good. Even though we ordered vegetarian, the broth was very well flavoured and has wok hey! The fire show was a fun experience too. Staff super friendly.

We passed by when we are collecting a gift nearby, and decided to have dinner here. It seemed like an interesting place and the key highlight is the pouring of hot oil with fire onto the ramen bowl. Overall taste not bad, though not the best that I have taken, but the overall experience is worth a visit once in a while.

The food here is not bad. We tried the Ultimate Ramen, Black Charcoal Karaage Chicken, edamame, gyoza, and chawanmushi. All the dishes were pretty decent. The highlight was the fire display while cooking the ramen, it is definitely an interesting touch that adds to the experience. Service staff were friendly and efficient.

Went at about 640pm Sunday without reservations. Thankfully no queue and plenty of seats to choose from, but more people streamed in by 7pm. I ordered their ultimate fire ramen and mix&match Subpar soup, didn't taste the "fire" smoky flavour that my friend promised. fire show was a lil underwhelming but it is what it is. Their moromiso cucumber also did NOT come with the moromiso when I ordered it just to try it... Inari skin roll was also an expectations vs sad reality experience... Not to mention then number of flies disturbing your dining experience, I was basically playing dodge with them every other minute. They might have to look in their hygiene. Noise level I think it was easy to talk but there will be their fire show music every interval when there are new orders. Might or might not disruptive to you. overall not worth the $33 for 1 pax. I did not know what to expect but I am disappointed and definitely will not be coming back.
