Therapist are warm and friendly, while they do suggest for you package to pickup they don’t actually pressure you if you say no. i’ve been with them for 2 years. My main therapist is Joey as I feel she is gentle and professional. Wency which i tried her service is nice and gentle too.

I tried the IPL treatment for my underarms and upper lip at Musee and I’m so impressed! The whole process was quick, comfortable, and handled very professionally. Staff Eva is gentle and reassuring, explaining each step so I felt at ease throughout. I’m excited to see the results progress with more sessions. I would like to commend Jacia for providing excellent service. He was very helpful, patient, and professional. His assistance made a big difference in my experience. However, I must also highlight my earlier encounter with another staff member before Jacia stepped in. The first staff I approached was dismissive and told me that I could only redeem the gift if I purchased something—this felt dishonest and disrespectful. The attitude was unacceptable, and it gave me a very poor impression. The interaction took place around 5–10 minutes before the receipt time at 05:34:46; I believe this can be verified via CCTV. I hope the team will provide proper training to ensure all staff treat customers politely and helpfully. If it weren’t for Jacia’s professionalism, I would have been prepared to leave a 1-star review.

My experience with Musee has been a long standing one and never had the urge to input any reviews till this day. Would like to extend my thanks to Esther Jiang Li who reminded me of why I joined Musee from Day 1. She has been courteous, polite and the most gentle in her shaving skills that it does not gave me any razer burns or discomfort after treatment. It takes true effort to be gentle and ensure their customer sensitive skin is taken care of. Separately, would like to address and feedback on the rescheduling process - Not discounting the fact that I have overlooked and had unforeseen circumstances (i.e. time of the month). Was given radio silence of 2-months on WhatsApp and greeted by poor response despite constant follow up from my end. Utterly disappointed, but decided to give Musee another chance as their ground staff has been great. Am just grateful to receive the great service from Esther Jiang Li, in providing a genuine and impeccable service. Goes greatly to show that it’s how service should be, to be felt and feel assured. Keep up the good work!
