Got a deal to tried out classic Mani and pedi at Bodywerks I have to say that the sincerity of staff is palpable at the very first instance. Jenny was the manicurist who did a really good job. She was kind in helping me find a temporary pair of slippers and waited for me to get my own for the pedicure. From scrubbing deqd skin all the way to cuticle care, there was no shortchanging in producing excellent work in spite of it being a deal. Jenny was sincere and patient throughout the entire process and also gave helpful advice on how to do postcare. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Promotional package was shared with me but there was no hardselling, no putting down of customers just for customers to be on a treatment. In fact, I see the sincerity of their service as part of the company's culture. There was just one other manicurist on shift while I was there and I can tell that the employees are not slipshod in what they do, took pride in their work, and goes the extra mile when they can for the customers. Thank you bodywerks :)

Great service by Agnes who is not at all pushy! Very generous with skincare tips too! The facial has been really helpful for my acne prone skin. My face does not swell and the redness after extraction goes away quite quickly.

Nice ambience. With wide variety of nails colours. Full and good service done by Jenny and Cindy. So good that Wanted to purchase package but need to kiv till I move to nearby. Will be back for service if price not an issue. Worth it.

Had a classic mani pedi with Jenny and Alice. I felt very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and Jenny was extremely motivated scrubbing off all my dead skin. The result is amazing, I will definitely come back. Thank you!

The ladies there are fantastic. Not only are they absolutely patient and professional in explaining every step of the process, they also do not hard sell at all! Perfect ambience to try without any pressure nor unpleasantness. Thank you for the lovely experience and keep up your good work

extremely sucky service from the people of this outlet, giving you patronzing replies with sarcasm. they will not be bothered to entertain your request after you have signed a package w them. all they do is to throw in tons of excuses to shoo you off. edit: can't believe it took you 6 months to reply to my review. I would therefore not trust that you will address this to your staffs. In addition to my above complaint, why I said they gave excuses to shoo you off: the counter girls were either ignorant or were given permission from the managers to not answer to my queries. Kept saying "I don't know, I'm not sure". When I asked to speak to the management, she became a mute but the only thing she could let out of her mouth was on repeat "you can just send an email to Bell, she's the management". So obviously, Bell was the one who gave instructions to them and with the support of Bell gave them courage to talk back to customers. This action just shows how irresponsible your management is. Since Bell is the management seriously hope she's not the one handling the google reviews replies because she's not fit to do so. Basically your staffs only acted like they are nice in front of you. I saw someone mentioned in the reviews that they don't hardsell? I'm like ??????? Hey, each time WITHOUT FAIL in midst of my session OR after session they tried to induce me to adding other treatments that sort of acts as a booster and whatnot and each time giving black face after I reject. I've since not went back even though I still have quite a few sessions to complete. reminder: If ever you have any chance to trouble them for whatever reason, they will give it back to you. Their service is despicable ttm. Stabbing your back but smiling to you at your face. iykyk. please do not be deceived easily.

I had my classic mani pedi done today with Jenny. Everything was peaceful and done proper from the start. The massage chair, hot towel after exfoliation but most of all service is just spot on. The whole vibe and aura of the place is just great. I will be back for sure !

Jenny did classic pedicure for me. She was very kind and gentle. Loved her patience and service. The ambience was so calming enjoyed my visit here and of cos my nails he...he 😉 …

Had a peaceful and relaxing mani + pedi session with Alice and Jenny. ( normally at other salon, staffs will chit chat among themselves). Not pushy with their package, will recommend and let you decide. Signed a package because of the overall good services.

My first time here doing facial treatment here at BodyWerkz. The service was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hebe was professional, very knowledgeable and confident. The equipment here they used was state of the art. Kudos to the team and will be back.
