Online says close at 3am, reached there at 10 plus was told it's closing at 10.45pm. asked the girl at counter she said that time is for phase 3. Then why the hell can't you update your timing on your website? Waste peoples time. Plus your girl at counter can't even talk to customers properly. Nonsense.

Good place to hang out with friends and play pool! Place is pretty well maintained and there was a steady stream of people even at 4pm. There are different rates (hourly) depending on the day and time you go, so try to go on a weekday for the lowest pricing. Bring your IDs as they require it as a deposit for the equipment.

Been bringing my child to see Dr Terry for many years now. He has successfully erased her initial dental fear, and now she can’t wait to see him every year. I trust him completely as he never recommended treatment she didn’t need, and always discussed with me the pros and cons of doing any procedure before hand. His reassuring, funny and professional demeanour really puts the whole family at ease. The clinic is very kids-friendly as it does not treat adults. Dr Terry recently completed early alignment treatment on my child’s teeth and what an amazing difference it has made ! We hope to be able to continue seeing him for many years to come.

I’m so thankful for Dr Terry at Child Smile Dental. My son had a traumatic experience the day with another clinic but today he managed to get his teeth fixed without being traumatised — all thanks to Dr Terry’s patience, gentleness, and genuine care. I could see how much effort he put into coaxing and comforting my son. The clinic itself is very child-friendly, bright, and welcoming — not claustrophobic at all. I left feeling so relieved and grateful. Truly a wonderful dentist for children. My husband & I are so glad we found a gem!

Dr Terry was awesome. My 18 month old fell and broke his tooth in half at 520pm, and though they were closing at 6pm. They were still happy to help me! He also reassured me through out the appointment and explained everything to me patiently. Highly recommend this dentist and dental practice. The front desk was also very prompt in responding during what seemed like an emergency to this parent!

We've been visiting Dr Terry Teo for my child's dental care for a while now, and each visit reminds us how fortunate we are to have found such a great dentist. Dr Terry Teo consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, patience, and ability, making every appointment a great experience for both my child and me. He will never recommend unnecessary treatments, which saves time and money. What impresses me the most is his unwavering patience and ability to put my child at ease, even during more challenging sessions and his dedication has made a significant difference in our experience. Dr Terry Teo has a unique capacity to connect with children, ensuring that they understand what is going on without becoming overwhelmed. He always takes the time to explain everything in a way that my child can understand, which has helped him lay a solid foundation for good oral hygiene habits. Based on our great experience, we have decided that he is the only dentist we will visit for follow-up treatment, despite the fact that he has moved to a new location that is considerably further away from our house, we are still looking forward to seeing him for the follow-up. My 2.5-year-old son had an accident that caused one of his front teeth to break. In our panic, we reached out to ChildSmile and were deeply grateful to receive immediate help from Dr. Terry Zhang. With incredible efficiency and care, the clinic swiftly coordinated with a hospital that could perform the surgery and arranged a pediatric anesthesiologist — all within hours. Despite his full schedule, Dr. Terry returned to the clinic around 1 p.m. after completing another surgery, and urgently arranged a sleep dentistry root canal treatment for my son at 8 p.m. that evening. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, the operation went smoothly, and our little one is now peacefully asleep. As parents, our hearts are finally at ease. We are truly thankful to Dr. Terry and the entire team at ChildSmile for their compassion, expertise, and wholehearted support during such a stressful time. Highly recommended — ChildSmile is a place where kindness and professionalism shine.

Excellent place to visit for a casual game of pool with friends. Tucked in the corner of The Cathay, it’s often not crowded and there’s almost always a table available. Price is also reasonable, but try to come on a weekday at non-peak periods. With COVID restrictions, however, only a max of 3 people are allowed per table.

We are very happy with all of the dentist here. Both of my children ortho were taken care professionally by the team here. Imagined when you moved to an new country with the bracest done in your home country. Previous dental centers we visited refused to continue their treatment, fortunately, someone referred us to Ko Djeng. Now my children has removed the bracest. For me, the center supported me with my implant.. they did it super professional and provided good solution. I made a quick stop when I was in town to have a quick check. Very recommended!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Ong Hoe Boon since my secondary school days. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and always gives excellent dental advice. My mum had visited several dental clinics before, and after seeing Dr Ong, she commented that he is very gentle, caring, and clearly very experienced. I also brought my nephew to Dr Ong, and he noticed a dental issue that the Q&M dentist my nephew had been seeing did not mention. More recently, I was treated by Dr Phua, who is also very caring and skilled. He suggested an alternative solution for my dental issue, and my recovery has been going very well. Ko Djeng has a team of excellent and caring dentists, and their pricing is very reasonable. Do call and book in advance as the good dentists are usually quite fully booked. Lastly, my shout out to Dr Ong's sweet soft spoken nurse who is caring and a great assistant. Not forgetting, the receiptionists, they usually will try their best to assist to book but the doctor's schedule is really fully booked so is understandable.
