I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Bath & Body Works store in Takashimaya, thanks to two amazing staff members — Krithik and Adrinner. I was looking for some scented candles, and Krithik was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently guided me through the different scents, shared useful recommendations based on what I was looking for, and made the selection process so much easier and enjoyable. Adrinner was equally delightful — warm, welcoming, and very friendly. She made the cashier process smooth and efficient, and her positive energy truly brightened the experience. I feel lucky to have met both of them during my visit. Their professionalism and genuine customer care made my shopping experience truly pleasant. I hope to see them again the next time I return to the store!

Thanks to her. And Buy 2 get 1 promotion is super saving and truly worths to buy a lot more items. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase.

i went to shop at Ngee Ann City on monday and i met this girl called Naru. She's a new staff and her service is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and even offered the wrapper for me. She's really lovely and wonderful, and i think she deserves to be praised for all these reasons. Where else can i find such a staff as lovely as she is.

I went to Ngee Ann City’s Bath and Body Works Store and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. They had great banter, we chatted so long that I even remember their names, Said and JH both really nice people and the $11 sales for all body products is an insane deal so I am glad the retail assistants at the store were soso nice! Good Job keep it up guys!
