She has a warm personality and exceptional skills—I can already notice a positive difference compared to my experience at another clinic. I discovered Dr. Carmen through Truglow Aesthetic Clinic's Instagram videos. Her explanations really resonated with me, so I decided to give it a try. I recently had Skinvive treatment with Dr. Carmen, and she was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly. The entire experience was very comfortable. The staff, including Cody and Stella, were also very helpful and welcoming. They didn't push any hard sales, just tailored the treatment to my needs. Highly recommend this clinic!

I got to know the clinic through Facebook and had a consultation with Dr. Carmen for the 5-point facelift treatment. Dr. Carmen was very professional and friendly—she explained everything to me in detail. Cody was also very kind and patient while assisting me throughout the treatment.

Went to Truglow because i had some facial problems that i would like to resolve. The staff there were absolutely friendly and amazing. Mavis helped me with my facial extraction and she did such an amazing job. It was my first time seeing so much dirt coming out of my face, especially at areas where it is not obvious to point out. The whole consultation process was quick and efficient with no hard selling. Dr Carmen was very nice and her team was very detailed when it comes to suggesting what i needed to do. Very considerate of my budget as well. Would highly recommend everyone, even students, who has budget concerns to put their trust and faith with Truglow.

As a traveler staying in Australia, I discovered this clinic on Google Maps while visiting Singapore since it was conveniently located near my hotel. After reading their Google reviews, I decided to give it a try. Dr. Carmen was professional, providing a detailed consultation where she carefully analyzed my skin and recommended a BroadBand Light (BBL) treatment. After the treatment, I noticed a reduction in redness and a healthy glow to my skin. Before the BBL treatment, I also had a hydro facial done by Cody, which was fantastic. Cody explained every step of the process, making me feel well-informed and at ease throughout. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely return when I visit Singapore!

Came here 6 months before my wedding. Dr Stella recommended skinvive and bbl and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin condition. The therapist are all very friendly and nice too. They do not push or hardsell and really only recommend you what you need / have concerns for.

Went here for the Rejuran healer treatment. Dr Stella and Dr Carmen ensure that you feel comfortable even though the injections are really painful. The staff is warm and friendly. Cody and Mavis walked me through different procedures without having to hard sell anything to me. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get their facial treatment done.

Sampled jjajangmyeon with fried chicken ($12.90) with a side order of an egg (+$1). I felt the black bean sauce @ Mukjja Novena was more flavourful & generous. Here it was insufficient for the bowl of noodles & was starchy. The noodles were also undercooked; still too firm. Fried chicken appeared to be microwaved cos’ the other layer was fine but when I bit inside, it was steaming hot! There’s no service charge for dining at the counter. But I had to order online (via a link provided by initiating a WhatsApp chat) despite being the only dining customer.
