When I was training for Mt Kinabalu, besides the usual hike, I engaged YY to help me improve the one area that i was worried about, my weak knees, which i have suffered for years. YY is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to investigate my problem, and designed a program that targeted my knees issues, as well as improved my overall form for the hike. I managed to summit Mt Kinabalu and descended the mountain with no pain to my knees, except the muscle soreness which came with hiking the highest mountain in South East Asia. I am continuing my PT with her as i have seen the result. Highly recommend YY!
