I had my eyebrows done with Ava, and the entire process was surprisingly painless. Although I initially had concerns about potential discomfort, Ava's quick and skillful technique ensured a completely pain-free experience for me. Despite my skin type causing the color to fade sooner than expected, going back for a touch-up was not inconvenient at all. Interestingly, my friend, who also had her eyebrows done by Ava, didn't require any touch-ups, emphasizing that individual skin types play a crucial role in the lasting effect rather than the skill or product used. Additionally, I opted for a facial with Ava and noticed a significant improvement in my skin condition. My pores are now less noticeable, and my skin is less oily than before. While I plan to try eyeliner in the future, I'll wait until I feel mentally prepared for such a significant step. I'll be sure to provide an update on my experience once I've given it a try.

First time here for Ozeon spa capsules pod service ,that's really really awesome! Its a full body detox treatment ! After completing this treatment, I feel completely relaxed. I sweated a lot, more than from running, and it was even more effective.

This is the only place that I do my lash for the past years. Ava is quick and skilful. My lashes never have issues, she uses good quality products for her customers. I can go nowhere else for my lash and brows anymore.

I have been going to Ava, the Lady Boss for my eyelash extensions for almost 2 years. She is fast, gentle and skilful. Her lashes are light and comfortable and they can last really long (5-6 weeks). Ava is very experienced, please look for her if you want pretty lashes!

Been visiting this place for years to get my eyelash extension. Always super lasting and the lady boss is very friendly!! She customised her own lash design so it is not something you can find outside (e.g 4d/6d). Recently they hired a manicurist and it’s amazing!! Did a cateye design and I love the whole experience. The manicurist is very thoughtful and detailed!

The lash tech’s skills were seriously on point,and the service was great too!! I still had some leftovers from my last set, and she super gentle removing them. Honestly the most gentle i’ve ever experienced. I booked a 1D set through classpass, but since my natural lashes are quite sparse, she even added a bit 3D🥹 I’m really impressed with the whole experience & my lashes turned out exactly how i wanted.♥️

I have done 3times facial treatment that mainly involved machines, with only cleansing and less than 10 mins of extraction. Unfortunately, my skin became more congested afterward, which was not the expected outcome of a professional treatment. The pricing was unclear. I was charged $288 initially, but today informed that the actual price per session is $488. This was the first time I had heard of this, and it was quite surprising. I also had eyelash extensions done within 30 mins, and all the lashes fell off within 5 days. I paid $88, and this was the worst lash experience I’ve had in over 10 years. Overall, the environment was average, procedures were not explained, and the charges and results were disappointing.

Great place! Caring, competent and straight. Maybe higher priced than some neighbors but its not a dodgy low class place either.
