they had a “express mani $10” sign displayed. So i told them i wanted the express mani, but french tip. And the lady told me that its an extra $10. I said okay. And she asked me if i wanted gel, i said sure. Upon payment, her colleague was collecting my money and told me its $35. Clueless , i asked why. She then mentioned gel costs $15 extra. Im upset because : 1. She did not mention of the gel add on price, only the french tip. 2. Its freaking ugly. If the outcome was pretty, i wouldve suck up the $15 add on and not leave a review. But its too ugly that i couldnt stand wasting $35 on my nails. I wouldve refused payment to begin with but out of respect for their business , i still paid. And yet all they could say is “sorry” with a giggle and smile. Disappointing. I wanted a frenchtip for work so i have pretty nails. But now my nails are ugly.

Haircut was one of the worst I had in my entire life. 1. They cut way too short. Asked for well below shoulder length, maybe a palms length below but they cut until the tips of my hair reach just below armpit level 2. The layers do not blend well together and again, are too short meaning I cannot tuck my hair behind my ears and the hair flies into my face, obscuring my vision 3. The final cut aged me by several years; I look like a Karen. I looked older when I walked out of the salon than when I first, regrettably, walked in 4. Upon further inspection, the right side is longer than the left and I cannot brush my hair onto my shoulder because, and I cannot emphasize this enough, it is too short 5. The barber was too rough eg. yanked at my hair when he was combing/cutting, causing pain 6. I had just gotten new piercings a few days ago so it hurts when they are touched. The staff was informed of this and they nodded in acknowledgment, before seemingly having made it their life mission to brush against and aggravate my ear as much as possible 7. The staff did curl the ends of my hair when they were done cutting, making it look a little better (I hesitate to say that they made it look even semi decent because that’s not true, but credit is given where it’s due) but after a few washes my hair would go back to being completely straight and looking worse than ever (I do not own a hair curler at home and it is honestly not feasible for me to have to curl my hair every day to get it to look like it even remotely suits my face) However, I have read the other reviews and I’m relieved that this experience is limited to me alone. This is just one individual’s opinion, but quite frankly I’d rather die than go back to that salon.

Friendly staff. Especially the lady boss will give u a comfortable during hair and nail treatments. They really can answer any of ur questions that u don’t understand about all diff kind treatment. They can advise the services that really suit to ur hair, ur nails. Come and try urself to know more about it

Very professional & excellent service I did colour , cut & hair extensions. Lady boss asked me to sleep while they did my hair , that's how comfortable my hair extensions are . 4hrs and the staff never complain standing for so long.

Stopped by while traveling for a needed manicure and was pleasantly surprised. Figured it was quick and inexpensive but the manicurist did a precise and detailed job.

Best place for getting your nails done

I was the one who urgently secured a Duck Tour ticket in the last week of August! Originally, I was told I couldn't ride right away, but I contacted the tour company and was able to board right away. The friendly owner even walked me to the taxi stand, so I didn't have to worry about getting lost and was able to catch a taxi right away. Thanks to you, I was able to create some wonderful memories for my mom. Thank you. ^^ I'll definitely use you again if I visit Singapore again. Good luck ☺☺
