I’ve been coming to Belleza Wheelock for Crystal Freeze Hair Removal, and every visit has been consistently pleasant. The staff here are always welcoming and professional, no hard selling, just genuine care and thoughtful recommendations tailored to your needs. A special shoutout to Janice, one of my therapists, who truly stands out. She’s incredibly gentle during the procedure and always attentive to feedback. When I mentioned certain areas with more hair growth, she took note and made sure to focus on those spots, which I really appreciated. Each session ends with light refreshments, making the whole experience feel like a little treat. I always leave feeling pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

i started patronising bellezza in july/ aug 2024. my last package ended dec 2025, so ive spent more than a yr using bellezza's hair removal treatment. +hair removal is effective n overall painless +overall attentive n well trained therapists +comfortable n clean environment heres y i decided not to renew my package. 1. v high costs (was quoted $258 per session, even for a package) 2. while appts r initially ez to secure, its v hard to change closer to the date. n if u sign with one outlet, u cant use the same package at other outlets 3. trying to "buy" reviews (in the past) by offering free mask. sorry but i will not give a gd review just to get a cheap face mask. 4. no "hard selling" but u can b assured that sales will try to persuade u to renewing your package. sure, its their job. but it seems as tho theyre more intent on getting u to sign instead of earnestly listening to your pov as to y u WONT sign. over the last few times that i visited, the salesperson would always try to get me to renew my package by seemingly offering a gd rate. the usual tactic: offer "discount" (dk whether genuine or not) n telling me something along the lines of "u hv so little hair left, u shld maintain, keep doing it until the hair is completely gone". they hv been telling me the same story ever since my first package ended n i renewed a few more times. how many more times do i need to renew b4 all hair is 100% gone? by then, they would hv drained my pockets dry. even tho i told them a few times that i preferred to focus on whitening of dark spots, sales usually try to steer me back towards my hair removal package (claiming it has whitening effects) n away from their medical peel treatment, which ironically at least a couple of their own therapists recommended to me. today, the saleperson told me that the medical peel treatment costs $298 vs $258 for hair removal. if the whitening of the current treatment ive undergone for more than 1 yr is so effective, y do i still c dark areas on the treated spots? 1 last thing: ive no idea y they call their treatment "medical". is it endorsed by a reputable medical school or qualified medical practitioners? who certifies the trestment as medical? did they go thru 7 years of medical school?

Crystal Freeze experience. I have been going for a about 10+ weeks and I do see results. The people there are very nice and always check in if you're doing ok. They also take into consideration on your preferences so that's nice. The rooms have very comfy vibes i have fallem asleep once or twice before. Overall, it is a bit pricey but ok with it since the results do show and I'm happy with my experience :)

I recently purchased the Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Pro Edition from the store and I am satisfied with my purchase for home use to play music. This speaker is exceptionally powerful and meets my requirements. I was assisted by Reuben and Pang, whose hospitality and advice were invaluable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Yu Chu, who arranged the appointment for my visit to the store. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, experienced, and helpful throughout the entire process. During my visit, I was seated in a private room to test out the models I was interested in, which was an excellent touch. As it was peak hours and securing a ride service was challenging, Reuben assisted with my ride booking and Pang helped carry my purchased item to the taxi stand. Their efforts in going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate the exceptional service provided by the team and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Keep up the excellent work!

Bought a set of Sonos Ultra Arc and Sub 4. It gives a great sound experience. Thank you very much to Reuben for setting up the system. He is professional to explain, and gives the takeaway tips to link and operate the audio-visual media with the Sonos system. Five stars to Reuben.
