Super clean and comfortable environment! Ning Ning and Bella are not only professional but also very friendly, which made the whole experience enjoyable. The bone reshaping treatment really worked for me — highly recommended!

I’ve been to Illumia Face several times and love it more and more with each visit. Lili is warm and welcoming from my first trial, the Masters (Bella and Joy) and Wendy are really superb and skilful, Ning Ning is also kind and friendly. Every session feels like a treat, and I always look forward to coming back :)

Went today for the post partum massage and I was so surprised that the therapist are all from Korea! And they are sooo good! Master Bella and Wendy were really good! They gave great tips for reducing bloatedness and fats, and my pelvic bone was balance after the treatment.

Came for a trial session of youthglow and double chin treatment add on. Master Joy was extremely good with her hands, leaving me with a small face and happy skin. The receptionists and Lili were very friendly and warm. No hard-selling at all even though I redeemed some vouchers. 101% will recommend.

I’ve had two sessions with Master Bella for the youth glow sessions, and I’m already seeing noticeable improvements. My face looks more sculpted, cheeks feel less pudgy, and complexion is smoother. I’m really impressed with Master Bella’s technique, she’s patient, meticulous, and clearly very skilled. The experience wasn’t completely pain-free, especially during the bone reshape segment, but it was tolerable and effective. I can genuinely say the results are worth it if you’re looking for a more defined and refreshed look.

Just went for my 7th session (1 trial + 6 session package) and I can really see such a big difference from my before-and-after photos! I've always wanted to try bone reshaping and decided to just go for it. No regrets at all! My main concern was that my face looked asymmetrical, with the right side (especially the jaw) being bigger. Master Joy and Master Bella have different techniques, but both are super skilled and know what they're doing. My face was a bit sore after the first session, but it wasn't painful, just wasn't used to the pressure initially. The subsequent sessions were totally fine! Wendy and Ning Ning are also really good with their massages and skincare. Everyone there is so nice, friendly, and always makes sure I'm comfortable every time I visit. I honestly hope and believe that I'll be able to see even more visible differences after i complete the full 20 sessions. Highly recommend trying them out!

I'm so grateful for Karen's expertise and care at Illumia Therapeutic! She saw me trying to swallow my bread and immediately serve me with a drink to help me swallow my bread. Such treatment/service was truly exceptional, and I felt comforted after my encounter with her. Karen's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Tried out Kimlim’s YouthGlow, was assisted by Karen, Ning and Master to let me know which areas on my face could be better. Treatment was uncomfortable but everyone has well informed me of what to expect before the actual treatment. Very interesting experience that you should try! :)

I enjoyed my experience at Illumiaface. Master Joy and Bella are very skilful professionals. Ning was very awesome at her massage as well. Results can be seen in one session but multiple sessions recommended. No hardselling here and Karen the consultant was professional in recommending what is good for you. An overall comfortable experience. Highly recommend.

Very grateful and highly recommended! I accidentally broke my frames and it was already around 8pm, most shops rejected/said no match as my specs design are quite customised. So I rushed down to the Atlantic and Eugene was very patient and kind to help me find a matching frame and fixed it up on the spot for me so that I can continue my day! Really grateful and thank you to atlantic Colin, Eugene for the wonderful works over the years and quality products.
