Hi, just to reiterate what i mentioned earlier, i dont think it was right that i was not informed of the additional cost today. I came in believing i can fnish up my balance stress free. It was not right to add and then leave me with no choice but to pay for the balance then sell me the credits to make it look more worth it. Ive been with cove for years so i think this should be more fair. As a doctor or a manager, you let patients know the treatment and cost that comes with it. You d0nt assume and you dont push us against the wall til we dont have a choice. Not saying i wasnt planning to renew but that was unethical and unfair to patients. Do let your doc and manager know because this goes into online reviews and feedback. I think i was just being too kind to let it go and pay. And no... a free treatment does not make up. Thanks.
