Cahsier is very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to use WeChat pay, but the cashier keeps ignoring my request and repeating "credit or debit card". I pointed out that the checkout screen says it supports WeChat pay and I would like to use it, only then the cashier hesitantly started the process. The cashier then cancelled the process when I'm trying to pay and got my transaction reversed. Ended up paying with credit card. I should have just walked out.

Visited at 5am and was told it’s closed for cleaning until 6am. The sign on the door says 24/7. This is not the case

I strongly advise tourists to avoid the money exchange located inside this establishment. My experience here was extremely negative. The person working at the exchange was incredibly rude and unfriendly towards me as a tourist, acting as if I was inconveniencing them with a simple inquiry. Furthermore, the exchange rates offered were significantly lower than other authorized money exchange places in the area that provide much better deals. Based on the unwelcoming attitude and the poor exchange rates, I would never recommend this money exchange to any other traveler. Save yourself the frustration and money by going to a more reputable and friendly service elsewhere.

Went in after a long flight at around 10pm. Found what I was looking for but goods haphazardly thrown in bags, never given receipt, and turned her back the second staff gave my card back.

Why and who the heck put this map marker outside Concorde Hotel? This listing is for the 711 at the 313 taxi stand. Please accept my freaking edit to fix it already. This rating will be deleted once you fix it. Aside from that, this outlet is good as one of the rare ones that has self checkout.
