poor customer service very rude. Edit as owner of shop told me to explain my post. incident occurred around 30th dec time around 1420-1440hrs i walked into the shop asking for a specific model (rolex batman) which then a chinese guy wearing spectacles loudly proclaim: “ this model so common other shops don’t have meh.” by which your lady assistant was just seating at the front desk just looking at me. i waited around for abit longer as the same guy mentioned that there was stock for the watch and after searching for less than a minute he told me to go other shops to buy and don’t bother him. what unprofessional service never felt so humiliated just because they were “lazy” to look for a watch. HJ luxury is a watch dealer and the fact that both your assistants treats potential customers like that is shameful
