They are better than Lucy in terms of the wide variety of accessories and stickers for manicure. However the sticker that they placed on me was of poor quality and not well sealed so it started chipping off in less than 24 hours from my appointment with them. Also the variety of colors they have is lesser since they don’t have deep sky blue polish or the sparkly purple from sally hansen. In terms of service I would say that Tina does it better. She gave me a bottle of mineral water when I first arrived so that I won’t get thirsty. Alisa however isn’t as friendly and patient as before and I could sense her frustration when telling me the charges for adding the sticker Pricing wise the package is slightly cheaper than what Lucy offered last time. The gel polish should last for at least two weeks then after a month it will come loose.

This is my first experience with gorgeous colors nail & eyelash and I would highly recommend Tina as your eyelash designer. I always wanted a full but natural eye lash. I’m glad that Tina really understands me well, she designed the style that suite me best. I trust her completely during the whole eyelash process. She was very attentive to answer all my questions too and made me feel relax. The result is perfect where I don’t need to worry about mascara anymore!

Very bad service. Never give actual price and kept topping up for every step of the nail services. Be transparent to every customer. Dont just happily add on to every step of the nail process. Will not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Excellent Service provided. Chanced on this store while walking around far east waiting for my appointment. Did basic manicure and pedicure, did not sell me to buy additional products, just a clean and quick job. Will definitely be back.

Such a cute spot! The staff made me feel so comfortable and my nails turned out amazing. I’m definitely coming back again!

Came in for a express mani gel and classic gel pedicure. All was good, service not bad until I saw a small coackroach right next to me. Mentioned this to the lady doing my leg, who told the lady doing nails, who just put a cushion next to me and the coackroach. That was it. 🤦‍♀️ luckily i wasnt scared of coackroach. If i was, I would have walked out rightaway. It wasnt until we were finally done that I realized that the colour of my toe nails and my hand is different. Upon questioning, the lady doing my nails confirmed that the lady who did my nails applied 3 times. While she, the lady who did my nails applied 2 times. This caused my nail colour (supposed to be the same) to look diff!! I was quite annoyed and mentioned to the lady, who was apologetic saying she cant change because she has another appointment. I was so annoyed by this as I know how to do gel hand nail polish by myself, i only did it at the shops so that my nail polish matches. Now it doesnt. Never coming back ever.

Tight store as you need to walk down a narrow staircase. Not handicapp friendly.
