Gave them 2 watches before covid. they charged a premium for standard watches with no complication. Delays after delays during covid, which i accepted without complain .. because it is covid period. finally after almost 2 years, 2 standard mechanical watches got "serviced", both broke down within a month. Continue to give excuses on parts and stuff, and no date to simple servicing being done. I honestly felt they took advantage of me and were dishonest in their dealings. Later then i learnt, a few watch friends had similar one time experience. Will never go back and will actively warn others against going there.
