Gave them 2 watches before covid. they charged a premium for standard watches with no complication. Delays after delays during covid, which i accepted without complain .. because it is covid period. finally after almost 2 years, 2 standard mechanical watches got "serviced", both broke down within a month. Continue to give excuses on parts and stuff, and no date to simple servicing being done. I honestly felt they took advantage of me and were dishonest in their dealings. Later then i learnt, a few watch friends had similar one time experience. Will never go back and will actively warn others against going there.

Really nice people here - brought in my watch which had a loose back and they re-attached it and didn’t charge anything! Would definitely return here for watch servicing

Done my daughter’s Casio watch battery replacement. Price was cheap and staff was friendly. It took about 20mins and satisfied with their service.

Had similar experiences with the reviews bellow please do not come here to service watches, horrendously slow reply’s from them and 7 months to clean a Quartz watch which is way too much and when they said they can’t do anything and the dial was scratched when I took it back and I previously sent in a blancpain for a stem replacement it took them 5 months. Really bad do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Melvyn and Jasni have into watches for longer than I've been alive, and it's clear in their knowledge and expertise. Speedy, warm, and fait. It's always a pleasure dealing with them, especially when they teach me new things about my vintage pieces. Highly recommend!

Would give 0 star if possible, came here to authenticate a watch and the old man doesn’t even know his stuff. Don’t even recognise a Japanese set old model cert and still charges for authentication claiming it’s not “Original” Rolex cert. Please kindly educate yourself before doing an authentication service.

Worse watchmaker that I've seen. Sent my JLC for servicing at Watch Concept in Q4 2022. On 6 Jan 2023, I collected my watch. After wearing my watch 3 times, I noticed that the power reserve fell to just a few hours and send to Watch Concept. In Dec 2023, after my JLC been sitting there for over 6 months and after many follow ups (they don't update the progress until I follow up many times), they finally said: sorry, no parts available, pls come and collect your watch. Picked up my watch, sent to JLC for repairs and was fixed in less than 2 weeks!
