Worst customer service. Never fall in their trap for buying package as they end up asking for extra money every time. I had bad experience as they charged removal money $20 which was already included in my package. The lady was so rude and was shouting for money.

If you’re looking for a great manicurist specialising in nail art, Cheng Cheng is definitely the one. My gel manicures last over a month when I get them done here and the details of the nail are are immaculate. Definitely recommend!

The salon has such a cozy and comfortable vibe, and Chengcheng is an absolute wizard with nails. Not only is she patient, but she also has a keen eye for recommending the perfect nail shapes and art. My partner did his express gel manicure at $15 (first timer price). The nail technician was lovely and was patiently explaining through her steps as it was my partner’s first time getting his nails done. Overall positive experience (: Just a disclaimer on the photo, partner has a nail biting tendency hence the bleeding surrounding the skin. It is independent of the nail technician’s work.
