I was not informed that my package that was signed at the Clementi outlet (now closed) cannot be used at BNS Far East. I was told that it could be used at all 3 outlets when I purchased the package. When the JCube outlet was “sold” to another owner, this information was not relayed to me in any form. Again, I was NOT informed when I made the booking at the Far East outlet, or even when I arrived at the outlet. The staff still continued to try and sell me products and told me I can deduct from my package while they were doing my nails. Only when I was almost done with the manicure was I informed that I could not use my package and have to pay by cash. The staff pointed out that this was written on the receipt, but I can only see the receipt after all has been done and payment has been made??? The person confirming my appointment via WhatsApp also did not disclose this vital bit of information. The staff even had the guts to try and sell me ANOTHER package that I can use at this outlet, stating that I can specifically request for her service when I return, as if I will want to return after this stunt they pulled. When I called the JCube branch, they said that they cannot transfer the credits I already have to the Far East branch. There was a lot of back and forth over the next couple of days (owner of Far East outlet claimed that he was overseas for a long time), and in the end both owners of the JCube and Far East outlets refused to come to a resolution. I understand that ownership has been transferred but the impression I had was that the staffs knew of my ignorance and decided to take advantage of it. And the owners could only point fingers at each other and wash their hands off this matter, as if they should not be held accountable for not properly informing their customers. All of these happened in July 2022. I should have called the police then. Please take this as a cautionary tale and do not patronise this outlet. It is an unethical business with no morals. This is not how you should treat your customers if you want them to return. Please do not buy any packages with them or else you will lose your money when this outlet closes due to the owner’s shortsightedness.

Have signed package with Beauty Nails Spa back in 2021 and was told that the package utilised across all the branches. Last visited the Jcube branch on 13 Feb, the staff reassured me that i could utilise my package with them by Aug 2023 due to Jcube going to be closed for redevelopment. In the event not able to utilise finish the credits, it is not a issue also because their boss would is on a lookout for a new shop location. However, passed by the shopfront and it was closed and boarded up. Jcube branch abruptly closed without prior notice and Far East Plaza branch claimed that they would not honour the packages bought at Jcube as they are of different management. Total scam! Have already made a police report and strongly encourage the others affected to do so as well.

Don’t sign up. They don’t reply to WhatsApp and calls for appointments. Terrible service.

Fair pricing for men’s pedicure. Usually go off peak hours and am able to get service in a reasonable time (Far East Plaza location). Staff is friendly and generally do good work.

Poor service, poor attitude. It’s like paying money to look ugly 🤣 …

Amazing service from Alicia and Katherine. Both fantastic job for service and my mani pedi❤️. Walked in and they were able to accommodate immediately. Fast extension and clean pedi cleaning. Very pleased and will definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nail technician Katherine was very efficient & skilful. Shop is well decorated & clean. Overall great experience! Will come back to find her again!

Basically i asked how much for a Classic mani pedi they just said $58 then halfway doing they said if you wanna add colour is $78 I’m like huh wtf…. Everywhere I go classic mani includes colour I mean if your shop is diff THEN AT LEAST TELL ME FROM THE START. It’s totally ridiculous to pay $20 more just to have colour on my nails … then after that I wanted to pay by credit card then they kept asking me to pay by paynow I’m like no… I only have credit card then they need to call their boss to come all the way back to the shop to open some key for the machine whatever so I gotta wait 30 mins for her. I told them if they highlighted all of these at the start I totally wouldn’t have come at all man. Super bad customer service.oh plus they didn’t even apologise for not informing me clearly at the start.

Went to get gelish manicure. Was advised by the lady that i should do a layer of gel to protect my nails as it was thin. My nails is now distorted and fat. The shape looks horrible. Please go to other shops there. Don’t waste your money. They will also try to upsell packages.
