Shane is an amazing facial therapist! She is very meticulous, skilled and gives wonderful massages too. She takes great care of my skin! Did the carbon laser a few times.

It is newly opened in Sep 2023, the beautiful interior is aesthetically pleasing. This is Fahrenheit Group 4th outlet, you may have seen their sister brands, doing nails & beauty services at Far East Plaza before. My therapist, Venus is very professional, making the whole treatment very relaxing. I went for a customised facial & eye treatment. The facial includes cleansing, extraction, penetrates serum, cold machine & mask. My skin felt soothed, hydrated & brighten after. The eye massage / bojin was one of the better ones I've did before, the pressure was just right and my eyes felt more relaxed after. The warm seaweed mask at the end was really very comfortable! Their current promo, $48 nett (no GST) for all customised facial, eye, neck treatments is super worth it.

I had a bad experience with this facial salon, i booked thru classpass and the booking was confirmed. When I went to the salon with my friend the lady who attended to us said we dont have any booking with them. We showed her our booking confirmation but it seemed like they do double bookings and then she insists that we take another time or date which is not okay for me because I have conflict in schedule. I asked if they can cancel on their side since I will be charged extra as per class pass cancellation policy and she said “cannot cancel.” This I think is unfair because we have confirmed booking in the system and the salon was the one who did not manage their schedule properly and I was the one who will be deducted credits even if I wasnt able to avail their service. This was not a very good experience and the lady who attended to cannot even explain properly because she cannot speak english. She was not accomodating and not very polite

Tried the deep cleansing facial treatment together with my wife and was very satisfied with the results. Face was visibly clearer with less redness immediately after the treatment! Very friendly and professional therapists who know their stuff. They will customise the treatment based on their evaluation of your skin condition. Fantastic experience and highly recommended!! 🌟

Got an amazing and relaxing facial. I can already see the results after the session.
