They filed my nails so hard my cuticles bled. I was in pain throughout the process or getting them done. They where constantly distracted by other people and their phones. My nails are bumpy, not done properly and not placed straight. Not worth it and too expensive.

Needed to get rid of an old manicure and decided to just walk around and see my luck at Far East Plaza. Person who attended to me was quiet but she knew what she had to do. I asked for a christmassy design and she didn't bat her eyelash at all and went straight for work. Overall loved the attention to detail. (Mind you I asked for a snowflake ❄️) Loved it! Worth going there for.

Clean, cosy and comfortable place to get your nails done. With their huge collection of nails color palette, get ready to be spoilt for choices. I had my gel removal + express gel manicure and was served by Jessica, who's really attentive, meticulous and did her job well. During the gel removal, she was gentle and puts in great effort to file my nails, a plus point for me. Previously, my skin was often filed off in other saloons due to rough handlings from others manicurists. This place is definitely a gem! I was charged $25, to which i find was rather competitive. To note, there are only 3 seats in the premise and they are usually crowded on Saturday. It would be better to make appointment.

I'm a first-time customer by chance and am pleasantly blown away by Lily's friendly and meticulous service. I have very thin skin and tend to leave new salons with blood somewhere, but Lily was able to groom my cuticles very thoroughly with little discomfort. No blood, no scratches - just happy feet and hands :) She also has a fantastic range of colours. I opted for her classic mani and pedi promotion which costs $98 and topped up $15 for chrome on my nails. I'm fairly pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely recommend Lily Nail Beauty if you've got some time to spare (being detailed takes time, and Lily is a one-man show for now). My experience took about 3 hours.

Lily is super nice and very skilled!! This is my 2nd time doing my nails with her. The 1st cat-eye set lasted 2 months and it did not break or crack at all!! Lovely lady who takes extra care of her customers 💓
