Absolutely ABYSMAL Customer service. Walked in with friends looking for a dress shoe and my goodness. The middle age male staff/ boss was just sitting on the sofa reading his book. Did not even get up to welcome or say hi or ask if we needed help. So While browsing, i was waiting for the staff to attend to me but NO! Continued to read his book and treating us like AIR!!! When I looked at him he looked back and LOOKED DOWN AT HIS BOOK. My goodness!!! ABYSMAL customer service!! I will gladly take my business to other ateliers …

I walk in without expecting that this shop are selling elevator shoes. The counter lady explained very detailed to me about the shoes and even show me the sample with the hidden enhanced arch. No hard selling, not pushy and very patient service which make me very comfortable. Decides to buy one to try and definitely will be a return customer. Thank you Serene( got her name after payment)

Yearly affair! Recommended for guys who want to look taller. The shoes are stylish, well-made, and comfortable for long wear. The quality is excellent, and the height boost looks natural. KM is very patient and provided excellent service, helping my hubby find the perfect pair. Definitely worth it! Will keep coming back for more.

My 2nd pair of Walking Tall shoes! My first pair introduced by KM lasted 10 years! Although the shoe was of superb quality, the plaster did disintegrate after a decade of use. Hence it was time for my new pair! Great customer service and good value for money for anyone who wishes to purchase this product.
