My husband and I deeply appreciate the exceedingly prompt, sincere and effective services he had provided for us thrice in transacting our properties within the last one year. Ryan is very well organized in his scheduling for buyers to view the both properties we were selling. He ensured that both buyers and sellers would not waste unnecessary time on availing themselves for viewing. He would also explain to interested parties on conditions of the properties or loan requirements clearly in order for them to gauge on the feasibility on acquiring the properties. I was under a little pressure to meet deadline yet Ryan was clear and calm to guide as he knew that it was a good property at good locality cum well maintained, I should not come under any pressure to sell hastily. He invested time and energy to match buyers who are best suited to purchase this property and closed the deal so timely on and win-win situation for both parties. I was absolutely amazed. The best part was that, though he was the agent represented us to sell, he also ensured that the buyer’s interest was taken care of. There are much more to comment on Ryan but all in all, I will say that Ryan is very professional and ethical in his business dealings, most sincere and transparent.
