I had an awesome experience buying my watch here! From the moment I walked in, Topher was super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He took his time to explain all the different models, answered all my questions clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The prices were also really fair compared to other places I checked out, and I felt totally confident I was getting a legit and well-priced watch. All in all, I felt really well taken care of and appreciated the honest, no-BS kind of service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy a watch in Singapore, I’d definitely recommend this shop!

Service experience at the store was okay — staff were polite and professional. However, the Audemars Piguet 15202ST I viewed was listed as “Like New” when it had clearly been polished before. My watchmaker confirmed the bezel wasn’t in original condition, with one side noticeably smooth while the rest remained sharp. There was also a chip on the watch case which the store was upfront about. For high-end timepieces, transparency about prior polishing or touch-ups is important. The watch should not have been described as like new without mentioning this.

We’re absolutely thrilled today! We were actually planning to buy a watch from another shop, but as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a super friendly lady. We totally forgot her name, but she was incredibly polite and eager to help. Dylan even came over and gave us some great ideas and suggestions about the Rolex. He even educated us about the Rolex, telling us all about its advantages, features, and details. He’s so passionate about his job! And after we felt the overall service, we decided to close the deal. This kind of amazing service from Dylan and the lady was so welcoming and unforgettable! We’re really hoping to see them again for our second purchase, and we’re definitely buying again from this place.

First experience at Time Wonders. Austin, Dylan and Lee are so helpful and patient. After our purchase, raced to get the watch protection sticker done and even stayed late the following day for us to collect and enjoy the new watch. Even have a private room when we collected the watch. Great experience. Highly recommend.

My friend and I were served by Edmund Chong whom is knowledgeable and very friendly. He answers all our queries and is very meticulous. I was deciding between a couple of models and he patiently explains the difference and good points between each model. It was a happy purchase and will look for him again.

great experience with Lynn! This was my first manicure and Lynn was so patient and nice in explaining everything! She understood my requests clearly ang my nails turned out great! I requested for no cutting of cuticle and showed her the first image as my inspo, and second image is how it turned out! There was no hard selling of packages, but i ended up buying one because my first experience here great, would definitely come back, and it was a good deal.

Called to make a booking for 8:30pm 2 hours prior and thankful they managed to accommodate me despite their closing hours. Got removal of my previous gel ($10) and express gel ($15), and took about 40min. Staff was really nice and meticulous, look how smooth the polish is! The edges are clean as well, such a great steal really. Haven’t been to Far East Plaza to do my nails in years but may just come back again for this shop.

Had a lovely time being attended by Lin and Vicky - very satisfied with my express gel mani and pedi.
