We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant on our last night in Singapore. The owner clearly took advantage of us, seeing that we were desperate for a meal just before closing. Instead of charging us for two set meals, he insisted on charging us for every single item individually, even though we only ordered basic rice and a few dishes each. I had rice with three choices, and my wife had rice with two choices, yet we were charged a staggering SGD $25 for what should have been a simple, affordable meal. This is an outrageous overcharge compared to normal prices for similar meals in Singapore, and it left us feeling cheated and unwelcome. The owner's refusal to offer the standard set pricing, especially at the end of the day, made it clear he was more interested in squeezing extra money out of tourists than treating customers fairly. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if you value transparency and fair treatment. Highly NOT recommended!

Big portions, maybe u can ask for added sauce if the taste is too mildz. Service is rlly nice too u can take your time. -indonesian person

service is amazing. called in the afternoon to make an order for a bouquet, they clarified on the occasion, the vibe/style and the budget. when i went to collect the bouquet in the evening, they had THREE options for me to choose from, with variation in the style / colours / budget (e.g. had an option of a bigger bouquet for a slightly higher price, in case that's the size i was looking for). they aren't pushy at all and i comfortably chose the option i liked best. the entire team is really nice and friendly! the entire process was really smooth and easy, overall a really good experience! would definitely go back to buy from them again

I was looking for a florist near Orchard Road for my sister’s birthday bouquet. The first shop I visited had limited selection and poor service. Thankfully, I found Flora Parable at Orchard Gateway. Despite being on her lunch break, the lady there was warm, helpful, and attentive. Great service and beautiful flowers — highly recommended!
