Most favorite menu is Chicago Mix, mixing between caramel crispy and cheese corn, the taste of caramel is sweet enough and the taste of cheese corn was delicious, hard to stop eating this one.

I have always loved Garrett and this is the first time I bought in Wisma branch. I was lucky enough to have been served by Andy - he was very patient and kind enough to give us suggestions on what best to buy and bring home to the Philippines - best service ever! Thanks again, Andy!

Widayu was extremely rude when I asked to change the jumbo bag to a medium. Prior to that, I asked for a jumbo bag of half speculoos and cheese corn but she told me they couldn’t do half for the speculoos flavour which I changed my decision of having only the speculoos then. My husband said we’ll change that to the medium bag if we couldn’t have both of the flavours which I asked nicely for. She immediately looked frustrated and unwilling to assist throughout the entire interaction from then on. Afterwards, she slammed the popcorn bag on the table to my surprise. This reaction was unacceptable and unnecessary, given that I have previously worked in customer service. I believe this could’ve handled better from her end.

I had the pleasure of visiting Garrett Popcorn at the Orchard Wisma Atria branch, and I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service I received. FION went above and beyond to assist me with my order (CARAMEL MACADAMIAAAA - All time favourite), making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful assistance/support. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. Not only is the popcorn delicious (as always), but the service from FION really made the visit memorable. Thank you for the great experience — I'll definitely be back!

We always get the standard Chicago mix, great with a mix of savoury and sweet. I prefer the caramel popcorn because they are crunchy but the cheese popcorn balance the sweetness so you won’t feel sick after eating a few more.
