Located on the 3rd floor near the customer service counter, this is the place you'd want to be at for anything stereo and hi-fi related. The team is especially knowledgeable with their products, marrying against your needs, and the brand that they distribute is an extremely good luxury one. McIntosh is probably one of the best sounding hi-fi stereos that I've come across by far in my 30 years. Daddy has it from when I was really young, and that has also made me more sensitive to the different offerings there are out there. They're like the Rolex of hi-fi stereo, because you sometimes can't get them even if you have the money. If you can even get hold of a unit, please do. If you have the time, do head down and request a demo, they're really nice people. Look for Tony, who's the salesperson at the shop.

I had bought a Krell sometime back from Ong Radio. These guys are amazing when comes to customers service. They are professional and always going the extra miles to assist their customers. Recently, I had some technical questions (the amp working great no issue) and so Alfred from Ong Radio assisted me alongside with their technicians. Again I was greeted with prompt response and had my questions answered. Once again thank you Alfred and the guys at Ong Radio for their excellent service! 🙏🏻😃

A most regretful experience. I doubt the staff have been properly trained to cook western food. I ordered a grilled fish set for $7.90 what I got was a paper thing fish slice, some bland fries and raw cabbage with salad dressing as coleslaw. It's a shame as the staff are hard working.
