I thought the Ayam Taliwang would be exactly the same as the Balinese Ayam Taliwang. Turns out, it’s more Ayam lengkuas-like. The rice is tasty and flavorful, but the chicken is somewhat bland. But you eat the chicken with the rice, right? So you get the savory taste from the rice. Quite okay lah! They prepare your food within 5 minutes, which is very quick!

Didn't take a picture as it looked quite unsuspecting, however, the sambal is fire, with just the right mux of sweet and spicy. The order was surprisingly fast, and I got my meal in less than 5 mins. The person at the counter was also very polite. 3,000,000 china points!

Very tasty chicken and fish. But the best are the side dishes (for example a mixture of peanuts and fried small fish) and the Sambal. Location in Lucky Plaza is very convenient if shopping or staying at Orchard Street. Helpful personal, explaining you all you want to know about the food.

Ayam Goreng was really delicious. Will come back again. Staffs were nice and friendly. Offered us curry to try as well. Cheap and Hygienic.

I love fried chicken and this is the best Ayam Goreng I ever tasted. What a fantastic meal! Highly recommended.

Very terrible service, over the weekend did a bulk ordered and they promise to provide receipt. Keep giving excuses n empty promises, after 5 days no receipt able to give me. They keep giving excuses of their team threw away, accountant can’t recreate the invoice…as a consumer who want to claim and unable to without the receipt and this stall just don’t seem to care n bother. At that point of time only keep chasing for payment and after service was ZERO!!! Only giving empty promises.

I was served by 1 lady and 1 man who were friendly and nice. Asked for a smaller portion of rice which they did give but gave me more sambal! Love the fast service too.

The restaurant is halal certified, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious.

Food taste is very consistent. As usual, the sambals are legit 👍🏻 savoury, good balance of sweet & spicy with a kick 😉 nasi lemak is neither too cloying nor bland : overall, again a good balance. There's options of add-on items if u prefer. Pricing is alright for the quantity of food served. There's other outlets at several places too, but this one is one of their more recent one. Service was ooook, can be better. (Minus 1 star) Ambience is kind of dull. (Minus 1 star) Recommended to go in groups so u won't be bored 😅 however, a plus would be the fact that it's open 24hrs 👍🏻

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I came for a dine-in meal and ended up waiting for almost 50 minutes without any clear explanation. When I tried to ask for an update, the male staff was uncommunicative and dismissive. His tone felt unwelcoming, and it left a very unpleasant impression. Good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, the attitude and lack of communication ruined the experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the service for future customers.
