Visited Aldo ION served by the store manager. He is helpful and friendly and I bought 2 pairs of shoes from him.

Customer service here was extremely terrible. 2 young girls were serving customers while the full timer just stood behind the cashier. When asking to try their shoes, they would have to check with the full time staff on stock availability. There wasn’t stock for a lot of their designs. When we tried to ask to try a 3rd shoe, the girl walked back to talk to the full time staff, and never came back. We stood there for a few minutes wondering what was going on. In the end, we walked out, leaving extremely disappointed. Customer service should never be like that in Singapore. Furthermore, this is Ion Orchard. Please train your staff and improve. Thank you.
