Bought a pair of shoes from Aldo orchard in early August. After 1-2 months, the side of shoes start to peel off. Photo taken 2.5 months after purchase.

The bald non-chinese assistant supervisor on duty on 16 March 2025, 11.15am was incredibly rude. I was here to collect my items, and when Aldo called to ask me to head down they did not inform me to bring my receipt or anything. He responded in a really sarcastic manner “how am I supposed to give it to you if you don’t bring the receipt?” Then perhaps, establish a SOP for your staff when they call the customer to inform them on the things they need to verify the purchase, like how hospitals remind their patients to fast for 8hours prior to a blood test.

Shahbaz and Mei Chuan are incredibly professional and wonderful. Mom didn’t have her size in-store, so they took it out upon themselves to get hers from a different branch. Lovely, genuine staff. :)

Philippina or Thai lady wearing spectacles and short hair serving me. Terrible service. No greeting and js ask me what size I want and stroll into room to get me the shoes. After trying my shoes she asked how was it. I said not the best since i have wide feet. She then went silent and walked to another side. (no customers in store) I was like ??? I wanted to try another shoe, she told me no since your feet wide. I just stared at her. She then say you can try the one shoe for right feet for display. Then i asked: Can i have try on shoes for BOTH FEET? She then show expression and reluctantly went in the storeroom to get the shoes. Clear rude and lack of quality service for such a well known and trusted brand like Aldo. Super disappointed.

The staff attending to me appeared to have poor product knowledge and attitude. Other than happily sharing the current promotion when I first stepped in, the rest of the time service was thumbs down. Though that staff stood nearby while I was trying the shoes but the moment I had queries or comments, they ignored me, walked away to join their colleague who was serving another customer. Can't help but sensed the faked demeanour under that smile. Anyway I managed to get my shoes 2 stores away after that.

Came in to browse their shoe ranges and accessories briefly yesterday. Staff offered a nice pleasant but brief hello, welcome. A tall Fillipino male member of the team then tried to bark all of their latest offers at me without request or reason. If customers want to know more, they will ask. If not, let us browse, shop around and come to you if we are curious about anything or need anything further. I was the only person in the store. There is no need to bark at customers in an off-putting and unwarranted manner. I'm not sure who is training the staff at ALDO but this isn't the first time I have seen it happen with other customers, nor experienced this myself. Needs to be addressed ASAP.

Andrew has a positive working attitude and I am pleased that he served me. He helped to reserve a pair of shoes when the other staff were reluctant to do so. In particular, the female manager in plain clothing failed to impress me.
