I am so upset and disappointed.Afreight should hire more manpower or atleast 2 person to assign for collection. The one who collected my Extra Tall Box really struggle coz he is alone and skinny old uncle. He almost drop my box being transfer to the truck that is why I have to lend my hand and my strenght just to make sure my box will not drop and being damage.. My concern is I pay for it, I hardwork for it. Earn and save just to pay the cargo. I think We deserve a better services.

So far so good. It's my fourth box this july 17, 2025. Actually the office always told me that there is no specific time to pick up. So i will always make sure that i am at home when they come to pick up my box.
But this Time when I asked them to deliver me another box, their pick up team said they will not deliver A box because there is another team delivering a box.
Hmmmmm..... Then you need to wait again.
Anyway hope that they will continue to deliver good service to everyone.

customer service for this company is far from being customer oriented.
1. Been dealing with this company for a long time now and yet they still cannot get my number right.
2. I have explained many times on the phone that I have 2
address (both residential) and yet they still mix it up and cannot grasp the meaning of having 2 different address. (omg) Mind you, even if you explain in vernacular they are still lost!!!
3. Missed pick up day and blamed it to the driver saying they are beyond their control. like really??? cant you atleast communicate that the pickup will be moved to a different day so that im not waiting for nothing? What is the purpose of your Whatsapp business line when ive been communicating with you on that platform with payment nonetheless???
4. One of the box that was picked up did not have the packing slip and when i called to ask if possible to send it via Whatsapp, the answer i got from was "No, you have to personally bring it over because if you send it through whatsapp, we still need to print it." LIke you can accept money via Whatsapp but not the packing slip. Right! Pure Laziness!!!
Really not sure if the people answering your phones knows what Customer Service means. Probably they are in the wrong line of business.

My box was opened and they took some of the stuff inside, all was mixed up inside. I paid for the storage fee yet I got this kind of service. Tried to call them but no answer, sent them text message but no response.

The boxes were not delivered on the scheduled day. The timing for the box delivery is not definite so I waited the whole day. Then around 6pm, they'll tell me that my boxes cannot be delivered. 😂😂😂
Their delivery service is ok-ish, but not all of my boxes were delivered on time. Some boxes are also deformed as they arrived.
They are also not consistent with what they say to their customers. One of my boxes got delayed kasi wala daw magdedeliver. Two weeks after I followed up, they told me that I still need to pay some surcharges to get my box delivered. :(
Lastly, they tax used laptop, even super old ones whose keyboard isn't working anymore. 😅
I rarely give reviews, but my disappointment on their service pushed me this time. :)
Better use other cargo delivery services.

The worst pick up man i know ever!! Last friday is my pick up time for my box to philippines i waiting until night nobody come to pick up and i msg the office they say reschedule to monday they dont give u time to pick up. And today im waiting until 3pm coz i got appt to the Dr. Again i msg the office if what time they must pick up my box and they say before 3pm or after 3pm.

Similar to other 1 star reviews: RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called their office in Lucky Plaza to clarify my payment in a nice way but the lady on the other end talked to me in the most disrespectful and condescending manner as if it was my fault that they made a mistake writing down the deposit amount. This is how they deal with their shortcomings, be rude and dismissive to their customers. You know, it is not big of a deal if you make mistakes because it happens, but your customer service is in dire need of training on how to be empathetic and professional with clients.
Shipping and handling is reliable but will never frequent Afreight anymore due to negative customer service experience.

I’ve been using Afreight for a decade and they never failed me but this time I’m quite disappointed. The lady I’ve spoken was rude so with the delivery guy and the guy that picked up my box but the most disappointing was it’s almost a month now and yet the tracking says waiting to dock. My box didn’t leave Singapore for 13 days. Its already been a week since reached Port and yet still waiting to dock. Not happy at all. Maybe it’s time to change cargo service?
