I've been a member to this cargo for such a long time but recently for 2x i sent a cargo I am very disappointed, pick up time don't know what exactly they coming, and the delivery man such a liar he said to the office he was in my place to pick up , but I waited for whole day he never come, and I don't have choice but to reschedule again, the next day I waiting again until afternoon, when he comes this delivery man like he blaming me ,and charged me for fail to pick up the box , his very rude guy not a first time he did this to me , unlike those indian guys before they were so good, than this Filipino guy who has a blonde hair!

Very very bad service! Irresponsible, arrogant and rude staff and Management. Not the first time that they have behaved in this way. Totally unfair to customers, afterall it is a PAID service ie not free nor charity. And not fair to the employers of the FDWs who are their customers, as well. I hope the relevant authorities will look into it soon. Please take feedback seriously to improve your service if you are serious about doing business in Singapore.

Worse customer service! To the Management, i would like to inform you that i already sent an email regarding your staff very rude behavior. This Filipino girl who's an" Ilongga" by its accent really has been eaten by a bad spirit!!!
She shouted at me and said she wanted to choked me... seriously? I think you guys need to check your staff attitude towards your customer. You should train them to answer queries courteously.. We will wait for your response from our email. If not, we will take it seriously and will file a case toward your company.....

The staff are very Nice and helpful .. I will always choose Afrieght, my trusted balikbayan box. They handle it with care and no issue at all. You no need to worry about the things inside the box it's safe . And one more I like they shipped it very fast .My family everytime received (ILOILO) is less than a month ..

Bunch of scammers who lie about their costings, trying to make a quick buck here and there and expect you to go to their office for a refund. Its freaking 2022 and they only do refunds in cash smdh. I implore everyone who has been disserviced by Afreight to lodge a report to Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
