Breakfast at Tiffany's is no longer just a Hollywood daydream. On 15 July 2026, Tiffany & Co. opened the Blue Box Cafe on the third floor of its reimagined ION Orchard flagship, making Singapore the fourth city in the world to host the concept after New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and the first in Southeast Asia. The cafe occupies the top level of a triplex boutique renovated by American architect Peter Marino, with the brand's signature little blue boxes suspended from the ceiling.

The most attention-grabbing detail is the kitchen. The full all-day, breakfast and teatime menus were developed with Chef Julien Royer, chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred Odette at the National Gallery Singapore. Lo & Behold Group, Royer's longtime hospitality partner, operates the cafe. This is Royer's first official, permanent brand collaboration.

Breakfast at Tiffany's set

The signature Breakfast at Tiffany's set is priced at S$78 per person. It reads like a condensed tour of Odette's bread course and morning staples: viennoiseries including a croissant, pain au chocolat or pain suisse, baguette with Maison Bellevaire butter and seasonal jam, fresh seasonal fruits, house-made granola with organic yoghurt and acacia honey, an Oita soft-boiled egg topped with Oscietra caviar and toasted brioche, and a lavender madeleine. The set comes with a choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate or fresh juices.

Tea at Tiffany's, a Singapore-exclusive tier

The afternoon Tea at Tiffany's set (S$98) is created exclusively for Singapore and served on the brand's multi-tiered tea stand. The savoury line-up includes a "Croque Madame" wrapped in filo pastry with aged Comte and bechamel, cured Petuna trout and cucumber sandwiches, wagyu cecina rolls with black truffle, spicy egg mimosa sandwiches, a potato millefeuille topped with Oscietra caviar and creme fraiche, and aged Comte gougeres. Sweets include Yamanashi peach melba, pandan chouquettes, hazelnut chocolate rocks, calamansi tartelettes with confit calamansi, caneles, madeleines and a Vanuatu vanilla flan "feuillete". The set comes with free-flow coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Julien Royer's all-day menu

Beyond the two sets, the all-day menu leans on ingredients and techniques Royer uses across his own restaurants, refracted through an American-Tiffany lens. Starters include Heirloom Beetroots (salt-roasted beetroot with spiced almond streusel, fresh goat cheese, sorrel and acacia honey) and the Tiffany Lobster Riviera Salad, which pairs blue Brittany lobster with baby gem, marinated peppers, a soft-boiled Oita egg and Loire Valley tomatoes.

The Alaskan Spot Prawn "Dumpling" is a raviolo-style dumpling with wok-fried vegetables, kaffir lime and an Obsiblue prawn consomme that is meant to nod to local flavours. The Tiffany & Co Burger (S$34) is a proprietary Wagyu-Angus blend on a soft potato brioche bun with French tomatoes, lettuce and a house burger sauce.

Chicken rice, reimagined

Confit Yellow Chicken with Niigata rice, Royer's take on chicken rice

The menu's most discussed main is the Confit Yellow Chicken (S$48), Royer's refined take on chicken rice. Niigata rice is cooked claypot-style with a lightly burnt socarrat-like crust, grilled maitake mushrooms and crispy chicken skin. The Patagonian Toothfish (S$58) comes with a sake and seaweed butter beurre blanc, finished with pomelo, ikura and bok choy. Wild mushroom ravioli (S$48) rounds out the mains. A caviar and seafood menu, a cheese selection and plated desserts (including an ile flottante with orange blossom water creme anglaise, and the "SniX", a Snickers-Twix hybrid bearing Tiffany's "T" motif) complete the carte.

Who this suits

The Blue Box Cafe sits squarely in the luxury-dining tier of Orchard Road, alongside Odette's own brand and the recently relocated Osteria Mozza at ION Orchard. Reservations are via SevenRooms and have been filling fast for the opening weeks. Walk-ins are accepted but a wait is likely at peak breakfast and teatime slots. The unit is #03-11 and 12, on Level 3 of ION Orchard, directly above the jeweller's renovated watch salon on Level 2.
