I had such a great experience at Cathay branch.. Suguna is so kind to let me change my seats and accommodate to my requests..Will totally come back again! Great job team!

Reached at 8:30pm, had ample seats available, but server told us to get queue number. We (group of 3) got the queue number but he made us wait for 15 minutes even though we were okay with splitting up. He let the queue number after us go first and ignored us all the way. We even waved to call him but he ignored us and went to chill at the staff area, hence we walked away. It was a big sized Indian man.

For a 1st time it was very fruitful experience. Highly recommend for those 1st time doing eating bbq. Especially if youre not too sure the staff is more than willing to help you out

Frozen meat, terrible experience. The meat was served completely frozen. All the slices were stuck together in a big lump. After grilling, it became tough, dry, and chewy. Unacceptable quality for a yakiniku place. Won't be coming back.
