Came in at 8:30 to try some of the base layer that they carry. Counter staff was an auntie with glasses. Had a super bad attitude and was very rude when I asked if I could try. Told me to “hurry up, we are closing soon”. Left me really unwelcome and I left without browsing. Won’t visit again.

We just have had a satisfying time and purchase from X-Boundaries at Velocity. Went to the store to get a convertible Mont-bell pants for my husband. We were so well served by the staff Ms Esther and Mr Alex. They were very helpful and friendly. Esther is very proactive in her service and l am so happy with her recommendation that l bought a tee shirt and a pair of wrap shorts. Thanks for a pleasurable shopping .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. She is also very patient and informative. Will make the appropriate recommendations based on our objectives for buying the base layers and also, very good judgment on getting the appropriate sizes for trying.

Got a whole full series of Icebreaker base layers. They are amazing! Stylish, Warm and comfortable without having to layer like a dumpling. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Additional bonus is that They are machine washable and so you save on dry cleaning costs!
