Service standards have dropped considerably since their hey days. Sales staff can’t be bothered just say everything is on the shelf, can’t even be bothered to cross sell or find out the needs of the customer, just too engrossed with being on personal devices behind the counter. Utterly disappointing especially since I went there specifically to acquire a Montbell product. They’re either not commission based or just can’t be damned.

Came in at 8:30 to try some of the base layer that they carry. Counter staff was an auntie with glasses. Had a super bad attitude and was very rude when I asked if I could try. Told me to “hurry up, we are closing soon”. Left me really unwelcome and I left without browsing. Won’t visit again.
