Had a fantastic experience with Duncan at World of Nature in Lucky Plaza. He was incredibly patient, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and made thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. You can tell he really knows the products and genuinely wants to help customers find what suits them best. Excellent service, friendly attitude, and I left feeling very well looked after — highly recommend!

This store is wonderful! It’s full of probably thousands of different stones, and some really unique pieces. The Aunty and Uncle who run it are dedicated and honest about the composition and origin of each piece. They also cleansed the pendant I chose in a salt bowl and changed the clasp before selling it to me (at a discount!)

Personally I’ve patronize their family crystal shops since Bugis junction days in 90s and then till now for 20yrs over. The family knowledge of the natural stones and its healing properties are amazing and importantly very sincere and no hard selling, a very comfortable purchasing experience every time at their shop; gaining knowledge from every visit. Keep up the good business 👍

Came by World of Nature to purchase crystals twice in the last few weeks. Actually first stumbled upon the shop from a Google search for crystal shops when I was near the area. Duncan was extremely friendly and patient both times when I came by. He slowly explained the characteristics and benefits of each of the crystals and introduced many crystals and crystal-care tips and concepts. As an added after-sales derived, Duncan also checks in to see how we are doing with the crystals and offers additional tips when we have questions. The crystals purchased are also of really good quality!
