The promoter at Maybelline is such a gem! She knows the details of all the products and was very helpful in recommending lipstick shades. She was able to discern colours that would suit me and picked out the shades like a real pro! A great shopping experience!

Massive pharmacy at the heart of Orchard Road from this popular chain. Signs to the pharmacist is clearly indicated. There’s even fridge stocked with drinks to go!

The promotions and offers in this store seems fake. When confronted cashier staffs, both staff said different things that made then sound like they were covering up.
When I went back to the shelves, the staff immediately rushed forward to remove the promotion sticker, Cleared off the entire shelves of product and even told me off that this promotion was over.
Luckily I got a picture before making payment.

Subject: Complaint About Experience at Watsons Takashimaya
Hi Watsons team,
I want to share my bad experience at Watsons Takashimaya on 26 November 2025 at 13:04:54 (staff 0033 Syera).
I suddenly felt very sick in the store — I felt like vomiting and my body became cold. I informed the pharmacy staff and the cashier, but no one responded or tried to help me at all. If you check the CCTV, you will see that I was clearly in pain and struggling, but not a single staff member came to assist.
After leaving the store, I vomited near the toilet next to Watsons, and again on the way to the Level 2 taxi stand. Luckily, a female security officer and her male colleague helped me, asked if I needed an ambulance, and even accompanied me to get a Grab so I could return safely to my hotel.
I’m very grateful to the Takashimaya security team, but I’m really disappointed with the lack of care from the Watsons staff during this situation.
Please look into this, because this should not happen to any customer.

I would like to express my heartfelt thank you for the humanity and kindness of the following pharmacists : Chung Wing Lam, Ang Wei Min and Ong Shu Qing from Watsons Ngee Ang City/Takashimaya. On July 4th I came to Singapore from overseas to bring my husband for a heart surgery. In all the chaos, I left my medicine bag on the plane. That bag contained my rosascea treatment for several months as we did not know how long we would have to stay for recovery.
Carefully considering the circumstances : the medicine not being available in the country I live as an expat and assessing the risks of stopping my treatment mid course, they allowed me to stock up again on the night before my flight out from Singapore.
Until today I still remember that moment and remain grateful beyound words for their kindness and patience to hear out my situation and genuinely care for my health and wellbeing. I wish them all well and lots of success in their career.

The staffs over at the outlet are very attentive , patient n polite amidst the crowds , especially Miss Azam, who has attended to us quite few occasions and she is extremely helpful, attentive n patient in her approach . Great services always !

Eugene was a very friendly and informative cashier!! He was super nice and even told me about the promotions. He even went out of his way for to tell me the item I bought was on its’ last day of promotion which made me feel luckier to get it on discount on the last day at 9:40 pm. He deserves a promotion!! Very friendly staff!!!
