I went to collect an online order, and a staff member in black helped me. However, she seemed clueless and had to get someone else.
When I collected my order, I was informed that I was entitled to a $4 voucher with an additional $20 purchase, but it could only be used immediately, on the spot.
I acknowledged the information and took the voucher, but then the staff member stopped me.
He repeated, "It has to be used NOW, on the spot. If you're not using it, I have to take it back!"
What kind of management is this at Wastons?
Is this the instructions to the retail?

This place is located inside lucky plaza near the food hall and the Mcdonald area. The place has a moderately medium area that provides several items from medication, snacks, shampoo, bath stuff, facial and skin treatment, and some medical equipment. If you are going here with a car, you can park inside the lucky plaza, but its better to walk in the orchard area.
The place is very organized in each part. The staff is very polite and have a good service attitude too, but sometimes there's no one in the cashier so we have to call the staff. The price is very affordable too.

Went to the outlet last month and was greatly pleased by the service provided by Rizal. This place has quality products needed for daily use at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

First of all,, the pricing tag mess up,, it showed 4 for $10 (hand sanitizer) but then Dave told us that the promotion was end last April,, current promotion was buy 1 free 1 (but it's not on "Disney's item) which is confused us,, especially one of my friend needed to void from her bill and change the new price
2nd,, again,, same issue,, she settled her bill but then she realized that the item she took was stated $2.00 but in her bill was charged $2.50
And here we go.! Me and my other friend was waiting for her settled her bill,, then suddenly one of yours staff,, Max,, he came out,, without saying anything,, he just stand there and stared at me waiting for pick up my belongings.!
We left after awhile,, but he Max still stared at us! What's he problem by doing that?!
