I bought this necklace here, but there’s a SERIOUS QUALITY ISSUE. As u can see from the photos, after around three months wearing, the plating is coming off, and it leaves a green mark on my girlfriend’s neck. It also causes some itching. Now the necklace is totally ‘unwearable’ because of the rust. FURTHERMORE, what you should also pay attention is that: this boutique DO NOT have ANY warranty. I hope u choose other brands. Quality and service are both far below expectation.

not sure why reviews of this store either get lucky and experience good service, or, like myself, get the short end of the stick. sales assistant did not know their products well, and had a haughty know-it-all attitude. a pity, as i had truly been prepared to buy something i'd had my eye on for a while, but thanks to this below par experience have since decided to patronise vivienne stores overseas instead. 2 stars instead of 1 as i like some of their products. understand SAs differ in attitude, which is why i have my preferred SAs for different stores too - no one wants to buy from unfriendly SAs. but too bad there's only one vivienne store in sg.

I am from Hong Kong, it's nice to see her shop here, although it's one and only. Hong Kong has a different pricing and marketing strategy which makes buying there cheaper. So it's pointless to compare. However, they do carry something which we don't on Hong Kong, so concentrate on that and make purchases of what is special for you. Sales are friendly and ranges are good.
