I visited the Vivienne Westwood store in Singapore today to shop the Vivienne Westwood x Nana collaboration, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience.

This is the best Vivienne Westwood store I’ve visited so far. The collection is complete, and the staff are incredibly kind. I came with a baby and a stroller, and they were very friendly and welcoming, no issues at all walking around the store with it

I came to VW a few times, and during the NANA collaboration, Sharon Oh served me swiftly and is always super nice and friendly to me!!! I will reccomend coming to Vivienne Westwood SG to anyone ^^ service here is lovely and the goods are also good~

The staff were really helpful. You just need to ask if you want assistance, as they won’t bother you while you’re browsing the jewelry—which is actually nice because it gives you peace while looking. But when you do ask for help, they’re more than happy to assist.

One and only VW in Singapore, my must go place when I visit Orchard road. The retailer associates are helpful, approachable and always ready to help. They are also knowledgeable in VW products and make effort to help me in what I’m looking for. Best!!

Disappointing visit to the Vivienne Westwood Orchard store. I went there intending to buy a necklace for my friend. The store was empty, with not a single other customer besides myself, yet the staff, especially one with a Philippino accent and spectacles, chose to chit-chat instead of offering assistance.
When I inquired about the necklaces and requested explanations about the differences, my questions were met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. One response I received was, "It's all the same, you can just ask your friend to refer to the picture you took from the display cabinet."
It's such a shame this is the only VW store in Singapore. My friend likes their designs, but this level of unprofessionalism makes me hesitant to ever go back.

I thought the packaging box was the same as the cyan one in the cupboard, but when I opened it yesterday I found it was an gray box. I actually think I am willing to pay more. Half of my consumption is also for packaging..
In fact, you think the cyan box is beautiful so you display the cyan box right？so how come you package it in gray for customers? It looks just like ck! look ‘chips’

Terrible service, I was the only customer in the store and the staff chose to act blind behind the counter. I love the brand but what kind of service is this, this is the reason the store was so empty with no customers. I wanted to try on a necklace and the staff straight up tell me the price and didn't want to take it out unless I want to buy? Perfect customer service keep it up, idk why the store haven't shut down.
