Big store located at orchard road. Got nice collection of their signature perfumes. You can get lot of discounts if you visit the store when the sale is going on. A bit crowded on weekends and also on festive days. Good for those who wants to buy gifts for loved ones.

went lingerie shopping at Mandarin Gallery today, and the experience was solid! The staff, Kely, was super nice and professional.
She was super patient and gave me suggestions on styles that would suit me, and never once pressured me. Felt damn comfortable the whole time. Ended up buying a piece that fits super happy with it!
10/10 service will surely come back and look for her again. Highly recommend!!

I visited Victoria’s Secret, Mandarin Gallery, to buy a pijama as a gift. I told the consultant(Jynki or I didn’t catch her full name) it was for a present, but she ignored me and simply placed the gift box into a bag, as if I should pack it myself. I had to correct her before she finally did it properly. She also forgot to include the receipt, and I had to go back for it. Her attitude was unfriendly, and overall the service was disappointing.

Saw how much tiktok raved about the Bare Vanilla perfume and honestly it’s 100% worth the hype it smells so amazing, the staff there Zachary(if i remember correctly) was super helpful and in the evening when we came back, there was a lovely lady that helped us with the purchase too! She was really sweet in helping the surprise and I really appreciate it. Don’t sleep on the service and the perfumes here i swear it a huge change and i love it!! Also the perfumes had a $179 promotion which is super worth it!! Will be back again soon for
more vs purchases!

Fantastic service from the moment we entered the shop till we pay and left. Janelle was very attentive and helpful in recommending us what to get as a gift and ensuring that our purchase was valued for money.
But one good point about her service was I like how she didn’t pressure us into buying unless any other typical salesperson. And after knowing that we are getting it as a gift, she even offered gift wrapping. She and her other colleagues even sprayed bombshell perfume onto the wrapped package, showing amazing details and care into the purchase.
I’m not paid to do this but the moment I left the shop, I feel Janelle and her colleagues that day (Monday, 14 July) really did a wonderful job that it leaves me a lasting impression that they really deserves a good review and more. I hope the management do reward their employees for this and show recognition for their passionate service.

I had such a lovely experience at the Victoria’s Secret Ion Orchard store! I came in to browse some fragrances and was assisted by Emily, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She patiently helped me find the perfect perfume set, explaining each scent and giving me time to decide without any pressure. Her warm smile and genuine service made my visit extra special.
