Very poor service despite being not crowded at all. My friend and I walked in but the SA with the septum piercing only serviced my friend. Showed her a bra I wanted & without even attempting to sift through the shelves, immediately said it's not available. Walked past 3 SAs who were chit-chatting near the lingerie display, none bothered to approach for service. Very disappointing.

Batrisyia was very helpful in assisting me with my shopping experience. She showed me different options and helped me decide on my preferences in deciding which type of underwear to get. When I was sent in for fitting of bras, I was assisted by Jiha who made the experience very comfortable. She made me feel safe and helped me settle on which bra to get. Thank you!

Irah and Janelle were the warmest! They were very patient and accomodating to queries, and they made me, my mom and brother feel like we were shopping with a friend. Staff are really helpful! I usually struggle to find my size in major brands but thanks to their assistance I came out with 3 bras that fit me nicely gotta praise them for their patience too!
