Not sure how to spell her name but I think it’s Charmaine? Pronounced “Shar-meen”. But 5 stars to her! We had a little bit of a misunderstanding but ended up walking out very happy with the end results! She’s truly really good at making customers feel very welcome and is so inviting, especially being a guy and not knowing where to go! Definitely ask for her if you’re ever visiting.

Disaster cashier service for the n-time in a row. I am a regular and the shop is amazing as always but the staff is terrible, rude, annoying and slow. As Orchard premium location I highly suggest you should hire better people as you run the risk of customers not coming back because of the staff.

Visited the store today , it was quite crowded, but I still managed to find my perfect bra! A male staff member named Kesavan assisted me, and I was really impressed by how professional, respectful, and helpful he was throughout. Great service makes all the difference, and thanks to him, I’ll definitely be visiting again!

$159 pajamas just to be given the ugliest paper bag. when there was no size at the shelves, the pinoy staff just randomly fold the display piece and shove it into the bag. had to tell her i’m not buying and going another outlet instead cuz i want a brand new one before she finally go into the storeroom to source for new piece if not she will lose this sales. ALREADY MENTIONED IT WAS A GIFT, LIKE WHR IS THE ICONIC VS BAG? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Horrendous customer service and no sense of urgency. Making customers queue in line for more than 20 mins while they talk to themselves. Would recommend to just buy online in the future

I was window-shopping at VS for a personal signature fragrance, and Wani wow-ed me with her knowledge on the brand's products. She listened to me attentively about my preferences and recommended me a number of perfumes that would suit me. Her warm and cheery personality lit up my little solo shopping sojourn, and increased my awareness of VS perfumes.
